Jacob Ang of the Eagle Cement Racing Team ruled the F125 SR Open/F125 Veteran Open/X30 SR category in the first round of the 2018 Asian Karting Open Championship Series recently at the Kartrodomo De Colaone in Macau. Eduardo Coseteng of the PSR/Petron Racing Team bested Japanese Kaito Tsukada of Asia B Racing Team for second while Reece Ushijima (United Kingdom) and Yan Liang (China) placed fourth and fifth, respectively in the four-leg event that will resume on July 14-15 at the Carmona Race Track. Last year, Ang won the overall crowns of the Formula 125 Sr. Open and X30 SR classes.
