It could also help reduce the risk of heart attack. Tea has less caffeine than coffee. It contains antioxidant. It may help with weight loss and protect your bones. It may also boost the immune system and help battle cancer. A cup of tea a day could help the risk of ovarian cancer. However, drinking too many cups of tea can increase women’s risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. If you are suffering from insomnia, ten cups of green tea is going to be too much for your system regardless of the benefits.

Both tea and coffee are members of the evergreen family. But there are differences in their taste, preparation, recipes, flavor and benefits. So it’s up to you to choose which one is the best for you and for your health.
